Designed and organized by the Ri.For.Ma group. – Research and Training for Management of the Department of Economic and Business Sciences of the University of Parma, in collaboration with the European College Foundation of Parma, the first level master’s degree in Management of European Financing for the Public Administration intends to train the figure of Euro planner inserted in the context of the Italian Public Administration.
The Master in Management of European Funding for the Public Administration will allow you to acquire the knowledge and tools necessary to adequately interpret the directives coming from the European Union and translate them into the specific context of the national legal, administrative and economic panorama.
Particular care will be dedicated to the development of students’ inter-institutional collaboration skills, their ability to interact with higher levels, to negotiate and to be protagonists in promoting, planning and iwith higher levelsmplementing the development of their territory, to improving their attitude, to public-private collaboration, to the development of practical design capacity.

The Master in Management of European Funding for Public Administration is aimed at public administration officials as well as managers and consultants in the sector interested in updating their skills in the field of European planning.
Those who, at the time of submitting the application, meet the requirements indicated in the announcement and have at least a three-year degree can apply for admission.
Applications for admission must be sent by 12:00 on 21 February 2025 according to the procedures set out in the announcement.
The admission interviews will be held on Tuesday 4 March 2025 starting from 9:00 am at the Department of Economic and Business Sciences – Via Kennedy, 6 – Parma.
The one-year Master in Management of European Funding for Public Administration will start in March 2025 and end in December 2025 (with a summer break from mid-July to mid-September).
Classes will take place online every Friday, from 9:00 to 18:30.
The registration fee is equal to 3,516.00 euros, which can be paid in 5 installments as follows:
A reduction in fees is available if they are paid by external entities (both public and private) on behalf of their employees; specifically:
If there are two participants from the same entity, both participants will receive a 15% reduction on the total fee.
If there are three or more participants from the same entity, each participant will receive a 20% reduction on the total fee.
The organizers are exploring the possibility of accrediting the Master’s program with the Ministry of Public Administration for the PA 110 e lode project, which would allow public employees to benefit from a discount on the registration fee. Additionally, complete scholarships may be made available by INPS for employees of Public Administrations. Unfortunately, no further detailed information is currently available.
This Master‘s degree provides the managerial skills and abilities required to take on a management role (intermediate or top level) in local authorities or other organizations that operate in close relationship with them.
