DES Online is an advanced training course dealing with EU Institutions, Law, economy and main policies, live streamed online. The programme has come to its second edition and includes a set of independent modules (approx. 30 hours each), all taught in English.
You may enrol in one or more modules separately.
At the end of each module, participants can request for an Attendance Certificate to be issued, provided that they have ensured 80% attendance (with webcam on) to all lectures and activities included in the module. The European College of Parma Foundation reserves the right to carry out an exam once a module is concluded.
The Diploma in European Studies (DES) Online is open to university graduates in any discipline who are motivated towards developing knowledge on EU-related issues; it can also be attended by undergraduates provided that they are in their last year at Bachelor’s.
At least B1 level of competence (as per CEFR for Languages) is required for English.
DES-Online Modules are held, with the courses of the Diploma in Advanced European Studies (DAES), from October 2024 and May 2025.
Lectures and activities are streamed live and take place mainly on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Participants can interact with professors, who hold their lectures live from the DAES classroom.
Some lectures may take place on Saturdays.
